“Welcome and come on in.”
Being a long time
resident and a full time Realtor of the Greater Sacramento area I can
attest that this is one of the best places to live in California. One of the great
advantages of living here is that it is centrally located. San
Francisco is 1 1/2 hours to the west and beautiful South Lake Tahoe is
an hour or so to the east along with world class ski resorts in the neighboring
Sierras. We have wineries in the foothills that rival those of
the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. There is a multitude of outdoor recreational
activities available from playing championship golf courses to white
water rafting. The Sacramento area and the beautiful surrounding
foothills offer a lifestyle for every dream, family or anyone planning
on relocating. You will find this to be one of the most rewarding
locations in Northern California.
As an experienced real estate professional,
I specialize in resale and new homes, condominiums, land and investment
properties. I have built my business on honesty, integrity
and hard work. I place my commitment to my clients best interest
above all else, and with this level of personalized service I will continue
to ensure my success in this business.

Selling your home
in today's market Some
sellers choose to go the FSBO (For Sale by Owner) route
in order to avoid paying a sales commission; but for many people,
a good Realtor is the key to a successful sale. You can expect
my services to help you:
-
Set the right price. I can give you
information on recent comparable home sales in your area, helping
you understand pricing in the local market.
-
Do the leg work. Creating advertisements,
screening prospective buyers, and showing your home are all very
time-consuming and labor-intensive.
-
Review the contract. A real-estate sales contract
is a complex and legally binding document I can help you make
sure it reflects your interests.
-
Find the right buyer more efficiently. As
a CRS agent I know how to screen for buyers who are most
likely to want your house and be able to make a good offer on
it.

Buying your home in today's market
- Don't let the asking price be your guide
Many sellers are clinging to price tags that
are based on what homes were fetching at the peak rather than what's
realistic today.
To gauge local conditions, you want to know how many houses are
for sale and how long the average house has been sitting on the
market today vs. a year ago. Once you focus on a particular house,
get the same report on comparable dwellings that an agent would
give a seller. It costs you nothing, and it can save you from placing
more money on the table than you should.
- Take your time
In the heat of the boom, home shoppers committed to properties
within minutes of touring them. Although sellers still have the
upper hand in some markets, in most, time is on your side. You
can make good use of it by getting to know your target market
intimately. "Now
you can do your homework,"
